I had mentioned as mantras the 3 A's in the book. AWARENESS, ACCEPTANCE AND ACTION. But initially forgot an equally important one! ADAPATABILITY!

Now added that to the diet of A's and it is requisite! Change is not an option and when we think that through and surrender to it, following the heart, it is such a blessing. From the crib to awkward adolescence, near complete failure in college and onto over a half a dozen careers, change has been good for your friend here. Scary sometimes but Good! The universe is expanding at 67.4 kilometers per second, and we are spinning at 1,670 kilometers an hour on earth so if we really think about it and we could completely be absolutely still - and some of us like the porridge just like it is this moment - we would Vaporize. Helluva thought!

So, keep changing, exploring, pushing the limits without taking as much risk as some of us, and you’ll find you can do anything you put your mind to. Also, remember that failure long-term is Not an option , but short-term is just part of learning and part of the process of getting better to be your own Badass! So many folks have written about the Benefits of Failure lately and its Truth! It's hard to understand when you're in it that's for sure. And failure is just a moment in time and usually in the grand scheme of things a minor setback. The realization of the expanding dynamic universe where our lives on earth are but a nanosecond in time and embracing it is medicinal for any feelings of failure. Honoring change keeps things in perspective. Keep Evolving!!
